A. W. B. M. G.

Ah, she'd say. AAaaaAAH! Inflection was everything.

Wah wah wah wah wah wah. She sounded like the ghost haunting Old Man Johnson's house in Scooby Doo reruns.

Ba ba ba ba ba. In that, she sounded like a baby.

Mamamamamamamamamama!!!!! She sounds indistinguishable from her sister when she yells this. We've had to stare at the colored lights on the baby monitor to be sure that this was, in fact, the Baby. And - past two times she's yelled this, we've walked into her bedroom to see that she's used the crib rails to pull herself to standing. At - let's review - seven months.

This morning's debut: gagagagagagagaga. Again she sounded like a baby. But tomorrow or the next day we expect she'll lure us near with repetitive syllables only to blast us with: THIS DIAPER IS TOO FULL AND NOBODY'S PLAYING WITH ME AND WHERE IS MY NEXT MEAL? Pin It
